When you need to know the location or hours of a local office or organization or the best way to reach someone regarding support groups or clubs, you can use our First Call 211 service. First Call 211 provides information and referrals for social service agencies, government offices, support groups, churches, clubs, organizations, and cultural and recreational institutions located in Richland and surrounding counties.

The First Call 211 service is a partnership between Richland County Job & Family Services and the Mansfield-Richland County Public Library. The telephone service is available 24 hours/365 days a year. Walk-in services are available at 36 W. 3rd Street, Mansfield, OH 44902 between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday-Friday.
